We purchase generic medicines direct from the manufacturer and provide direct drop shipping services without any middleman for the last 6 years up to the present. We are a fully-licensed company, with licenses on wholesale, import-export, pharmacy, and sales tax.

What medicines do you carry?

We offer a wide selection of pharmaceuticals from reputable Indian and international-based manufacturers. We mostly procure erectile dysfunction medicines such as Kamagra, Tadacip, Valif, Cenforce, Vidalista, and similar ones.

How do you check your product’s quality?

We are very strict with regard to quality checks. We are primarily concerned with the product’s safety and potency.

All the products we ship are first checked by in-house experts and trusted independent laboratories once they arrive at us. We look at the medicine’s Certificate of Analysis, and check if the products are conforming to GMP guidelines and to ISO:9001 Quality Systems.

How do I order drop shipped products from you?

You may get in touch with our support team to get copies of order sheets. We require the following information from you:

Do you require a minimum order size?

No minimum amount is needed for individual customer orders.

Do you provide services for bulk orders?

Definitely. We offer drop shipping services mostly to high-volume client orders with orders of several medicines.

A minimum deposit amounting to $500 USD is initially required to start ordering bulk pharmaceutical products.

What are your accepted modes of payment?

You may choose from three payment modes:

What if my desired medicine isn’t in your catalogue?

Please get in touch with us immediately. We would be happy to assist you in procuring your needed medicines, even if they’re not listed in our catalogues.

How do you package my medicine orders?

We place the medicines in containers and put them inside dense brown paper envelopes. We do not include information about the package’s contents to protect customer privacy. We also do not include our company’s information.Your merchant information can be written on the envelope if you want so, but this is not a requirement.

When are orders dispatched?

We process your orders within 12 hours after receiving them. At most, it could take us up to 24 hours to finalize everything and dispatch your orders.

What are your shipment carriers?

We have EMS and Air Mail for our international product shipment. EMS delivers within 4-14 days, while Air Mail does so within 7-14 days. Orders shipped by both carriers can be tracked at http://track-trace.com/post. Tracking numbers are provided to you through email within 24 hours after product delivery.

How long would the delivery be?

It may take 4-21 days, depending on the shipment destination and the shipping service selected. You may track orders through the website mentioned in the previous FAQ item. You may also directly contact us for assistance.

Do you have a return policy?

International Laws prevent the acceptance of returns for medicines. If you customer is unhappy with one of the products we will either reship or refund your order depending on the individual case.
